Ordering & Shipping Info

Timeline:

Jewelry will be shipped within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment. You will receive it within 3-5 weeks of payment.

Rush Orders:

If a rush is needed please e-mail before ordering to find out if it is possible. Rush orders are sometimes available, it depends on how busy I am, just e-mail and ask. There is added cost for rushes. If you order May 5 and need your jewelry by May 25 that is considered a rush. It can be a time crunch and there are added costs if I need to have materials freighted overnight.

Insured Domestic Shipping:

I use U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail with delivery confiramtion service, all orders are sent insured.
The domestic rates are as follows:

Orders up to $200 = $8.50
$200.01-$300 = $10.50
$300.01-$500 = $12.50
$500.01-$700 = $14.50
$700.01-Up = $17.50

Insured International Shipping:

International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail to the following countries:

Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Tonga, Turkey

The international rate is $30 but be aware that your country may have high customs costs that would be in addition to the shipping fees, these customs costs are not included in your order.

Wrong Ring Size:

If you order a wrong size for a hammered ring, you may exchange it once for another size without charge but I do ask for appropriate shipping to be included. After that, any further ring sizing will be charged. To help customers with ring sizing, I put up a ring sizing page here. Please e-mail before you mail it back so I can expect it.

Returns:

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund if it is returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please send an e-mail so I can keep an eye out for it.
